Courier delivery time depends on the shipping destination you selected:
- Lead time to most of the areas in Hong Kong is between 1 to 3 working days since the order submitted through the Website has been successfully confirmed by Zegna;
- Lead time to Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island is 3 to 5 working days since the order submitted through the Website has been successfully confirmed by Zegna.
We will ship the product(s) in your order via courier service to the delivery address within territory of Hong Kong indicated by your order. Our shipping partner will require a signature by you (or an adult authorized by you) upon receipt of the products. Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes. Courier will not make a delivery on Sunday and public holidays. And during spring festival, you may expect the longer lead time. Courier will always try to reach you but in case no succeed, Courier will contact Zegna Customer Care center and Zegna will handle the issue case by case based on the customer profile.
