The products marketed on the website (the “Website”) are sold and invoiced by Fantasia Ltd a company having its registered office in 37 new Bond Street, London W1S 2RU, Great Britain, VAT number GB 386129528 (“Zegna”)

1.     General

1.1     ZEGNA offers for sale on the Website the products to consumers, who buy products for reasons unrelated to their trade, business, entrepreneurial or professional purposes (“Customer”). ZEGNA reserves the right not to process orders placed by persons other than "consumers".

1.2     The agreement executed between ZEGNA (or “Seller”) and you (the Customer) shall be deemed consummated once ZEGNA has accepted the order, including partial acceptance. If the order is not accepted by ZEGNA, ZEGNA shall immediately inform the Customer.

2.     Placing an order and Acceptance


1.3     By placing an order on the Website (the "Order"), the Customer declares that it has read and understood all of the indications given during the purchase procedure, and shall explicit accept these general conditions (the "Conditions").

1.4     As detailed below the Order is not accepted until it has been processed and confirmed by ZEGNA and is an offer to purchase the product(s).

1.5     These Conditions may be printed or stored on permanent storage devices, in accordance with the applicable legislation currently in force.

3.     How to buy the products

2.1     The products offered for sale by ZEGNA are only and exclusively those products displayed on the Website when the Order is placed.

2.2     Images provided are provided for information purposes only and may not be representative of all of the specifications of the product, colours and sizes may slightly differ due to the screen or system used by customers when accessing the Website.

2.3     Customer can place an order by filling in the order form on the Website and send it in accordance with the indications provided on the Website, after having carefully reviewed these Conditions, the product specifications, the relevant price (inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges), shipping costs (including the ancillary costs that may be incurred in case a shipping and delivery method quicker and/or different from the standard one is chosen). Customer may also ask ZEGNA if it wishes to receive the invoice for the purchased product.

2.4     The Customer can correct any errors or issues before placing the order. Should you have any queries on the order please contact the customer care team before placing your order.

2.5     ZEGNA shall confirm that the Order has been properly received by sending an email message to the email address provided by Customer. The email shall contain a short description of the conditions of purchase, as provided for by the applicable legislation, as well as the information entered by Customer into the Order form, to enable him/her to double check such information and, if necessary, immediately report incorrect data, if any.

2.6     This email is a confirmation of receipt of your order and not an acceptance.  The offer is only accepted and the contract of sale concluded, once the product has been dispatched and you receive a further email message confirming the order has been accepted and the product sent.

4.     Price and Terms of payment

3.1     The prices indicated on the Website are inclusive of taxes and VAT. Customer shall be informed in advance of shipping costs or fees, if any, through the Website.

3.2     The payments can be made only through credit card and PayPal and the transaction will be processed through a secure server selected by ZEGNA.

3.3     Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will the details of the card used be disclosed to ZEGNA.  Customer payment details will be sent directly, in a secure manner, to the website of the financial institution in charge of the transaction. Since none of such data will be stored in ZEGNA’s files, ZEGNA will not be liable for fraudulent and unlawful uses, if any, made by third parties of the Customer’s card during the payment procedure.


4.     Delivery of the products and relevant expenses

4.1     ZEGNA, its suppliers and its logistics service providers shall deliver the products purchased by Customer at the address indicated in the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is made.

4.2     Customer may decide to personally collect the products at one of the ZEGNA retail stores (where available) .  A complete list of such retail stores can be found on the Website. For in-store collection, Customer will receive an e-mail informing him/her that the product has arrived at the retail store and is ready for collection. The Customer must collect the product within 20 (twenty) days from date of the confirmation email . To collect the products the Customer must provide a copy of the confirmation e-mail together with proof of identity.

4.3     Failure to collect the product within the time limit indicated shall result in the purchase agreement being automatically terminated and the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the price.

4.4     Any delay on delivery, or partial deliveries of the product, shall not entitle Customer to reject the product and claim compensations or indemnities.

4.5     If there is a problem with your order, whether it is damaged or an item has not been received please let us know as soon as possible by contacting the customer care team.

5          Right of withdrawal

5.1     Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, without penalty and without the  need to give any explanation, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the products.

5.2     Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by filling in the blanks the form provided in the packaging of the products delivered  ("Withdrawal Form").

5.3     In the event of withdrawal, Customer shall dispatch the goods back to ZEGNA within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the above notice was submitted, using one of the following options :

5.3.1        Send the product/s to be returned to the address in the Withdrawal Form by courier as indicated by ZEGNA in the Withdrawal Form (redelivery is paid for by ZEGNA );

5.3.2        Send the product/s to the address in the Withdrawal Form by means of the courier chosen by the Customer(by using a different courier than the one specified by ZEGNA you are responsible for the additional cost of redelivery);

5.3.3        Redelivery in person to the address in the Withdrawal Form (the Customer may bring the products along, the Withdrawal Form and personal identification to the returns address).

5.4     The product must be returned along with the original packaging (including the packaging materials and the documents, if any, accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.) and it is to be carefully stored and used only for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature, specifications and size, and must show no signs of wear or dirt.

5.5     Withdrawal may only be exercised for a complete product, partial withdrawals (i.e. accessories, complements, etc.) are not permitted;

5.6     Within 14 days of the return of product(s) that are undamaged and unused and in the appropriate condition ZEGNA will refund to Customer the whole amount paid for the product(s), including standard shipping costs incurred in relation to the returned products (this will not include any additional cost incurred by using an alternative service than the courier stated in the Withdrawal Notice).

5.7     Unless otherwise agreed, the amount charged to the Customer for the product(s) will be returned to the same payment card used by Customer in the initial transaction. No amount shall be charged to Customer in relation to the refund. ZEGNA may withhold the refund until the returned product is properly received by ZEGNA or until Customer demonstrates that the product has been correctly returned, whichever is earlier.

5.8     Once the products are received, ZEGNA will check them in order to verify that they are consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this clause and, should the results of such verification be negative, it shall inform Customer by email that the value of the returned products is reduced due to Customer’s failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above. By the same mail, ZEGNA shall also notify the amount that it will deduct from the amount to be refunded, unless Customer elects to have, at its own expense, the products sent back to him/her in the same conditions in which they were returned to ZEGNA.

5.9     In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited, ZEGNA shall send back to Customer the purchased product, and the Customer shall pay for the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

6          Warranties

6.1     All products sold by ZEGNA are covered by a 6 (six) month guarantee as provided by the applicable laws.

7         Claims and queries

8          Privacy

8.1       Any personal data collected when an Order is placed, shall be processed for the sole purpose of satisfying Customer’s express requests, in compliance with the legislation applicable to privacy and with the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Other processing, if any, of such data shall be carried out only with Customer’s express consent.

9       Applicable Law

9.1  The sale agreement under these Conditions and its performance are governed by English Law, without giving effect to the conflicts of law provisions thereof or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute that may arise out of or in relation to the agreement shall be submitted to the competent court of the place where Customer resides.

9.2   Please note that also the European Commission manages an Online Dispute Resolution website dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court, including cross-border disputes. You may use the ODR platform for resolving any disputes with ZEGNA.
