Can I try more than one Sneaker? 
No, due to the limited amount of product available, unfortunately we have to restrict the trial to one product per customer.

For how long can I try the sneakers? 
You have three weeks to try the product as much as you wish.

How do I make a payment?
Our Customer Care team will send you a link to enter your payment details. The amount will be pre-charged but no funds will leave your account until you tell us you want to keep the shoes, or the three weeks pass without us hearing from you. 

I have ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange them for the correct size?
Yes, you can call the Customer Care team and we will be happy to help. Return the shoe you have using the enclosed return form and shipping label and you will be sent a new Triple Stitch in the correct size.

I have ordered the wrong colour, could I order a different color?
Yes, you can call the Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist. Return the shoe you have using the enclosed return form and shipping label and you will be sent a new Triple Stitch in your chosen colour.

I have received a faulty product. How do I exchange it?
Call the Customer Care team and advise them as to the nature of the fault. Return the faulty shoes using the enclosed return form and shipping label and you will be sent a new Triple Stitch.

In which countries can I receive the sneakers?
The Triple-Stitch is available to trial in the USA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Austria.

Can I order for a friend? 
No, the order has to be for personal use only.
