What does pre-ordering mean?
    When a product appears on pre-order, it is available for purchase before the official release date. Deliveries on pre-ordered items will commence on September 23rd.

When can I pre-order?

    From September 14th until September 24th you may exclusively pre-order a selection of items from the latest Fear Of God Exclusively for Ermenegildo Zegna collection on Zegna.com.

    Deliveries on pre-ordered items will commence on September 23rd. If you subscribed to the pre-order event by September 9th, you will receive an exclusive preview of the collection before the general public.

How do I pre-order?

    You can shop the collection online and simply add the styles you love to your Shopping Bag and proceed to Checkout as usual.

    Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

    Please note that promo codes or discounts are not valid for this exclusive collection.

When will my pre-order arrive?

    Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Deliveries on pre-ordered items will commence on September 23rd.

    As soon as your pre-ordered items have been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

    Please note that when purchasing a pre-order items, any additional items in your Shopping Bag won’t be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent.

    If you’d prefer to receive any pieces sooner, we would suggest placing a separate order.

Do I need to select a shipping option for pre-orders?
    It is not possible to select an express shipping option, but deliveries on pre-ordered items will commence on September 23rd. We’ll also email you once your order is on its way, so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive.

Can I change the size of my pre-order?
    Given the limited stock, we cannot guarantee the possibility to exchange the size of your pre-order. We will do our best to satisfy your needs. Remember that if you need to make a return, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
    If you change your mind right after checkout, please contact Customer Care who can cancel your order. Once the items have been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.

Can pre-ordered items be returned?
    If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your pre-order within (30) calendar days from receipt. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Can I try the item in-store or pick up my pre-ordered item directly in-store?

    In-store try on and pick up in-store are not available for pre-ordered items. Items on pre-order will be shipped to customers starting from September 23rd.

When will the collection be available in-store?
    The exclusive collection will be available in selected stores starting from September 25th.
