Shipping Information

    The orderd products are deliverd via ILYANG Delivery Company to the shipping address in South Korea. Our shipping partner will require receiver's signature upon receipt of the products. Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes.

    The courier attempts to make three times to deliver the package and obtain a signature.

    The delivery company tries to contact customer on three consecutive days. The orderd product is delivered to Ermenegildo Zegna Hyatt Boutique, if there is no answer at the final third time. We will send the text message to customer to notify that return process starts at that time. 

    When this occurs, we will notify you and this shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a refund for these products.

    You may check your order status through the link given by ILYANG Delivery or the ORDER HISTORY section in the MY ACCOUNT menu of our Website.

In-store Collection

    You may choose to collect the products in your order from Ermenegildo Zegna Hyatt Boutique during store's normal opening hours.

    We do not charge you for standard delivery when you choose to collect the products from Zegna store.

    If you are collecting the products in person, you will need to show the boutique a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid identification document (i.e., your unexpired passport or driver’s license or identification card).

    If you have authorized person to collect the products on your behalf, this person will need to present:

    • a copy of your order confirmation email;
    • a copy of your valid identification document (i.e., a copy of your unexpired passport or driver’s license or identification card);
    • the authorized person's valid identification document;
    • a simple letter of authorization from you, stating that you authorize that person to collect your products on your behalf.

    We will hold the ordered products at Ermenegildo Zegna Hyatt Boutique for (7) calendar days.

    If the customer doesn't pick up the products within these Seven (7) calendar days, we will notify you by email. When this occurs, this shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a refund for these products.

    Please note that in case of In-store collection orders, you could only pickup at the indicated stores on the website and could not change to pickup to delivery.
