Step 3: The sneaker arrives to your home. Wear it, enjoy it.
From the day you receive the shoe, you have three weeks to try the product.
During the trial period we will contact you to hear your feedback.
Step 4: Within three weeks decide if you want to keep it . We think you'll love it.
If you decide to keep the shoe, you don't have to do anything. Just enjoy. Our Customer Care team will reach out to confirm the purchase and you will be charged with the amount previously reserved on your account.
RETURN IT If you wish to return the shoe, simply contact our Customer Care team and return the shoes with the provided shipping label. We will release the amount previously reserved on your account.
